Concentration:

The Equitable Bank offers one of the most competitive multi-family lending programs in the area. As a commercial lender, I am able to provide my clients a comprehensive suite of business lending products including lines of credit, equipment loans, and owner-occupied real estate lending. I am also able to assist businesses with SBA Lending in the 7a and 504 programs.
