*Rates are variable and based on the Prime Rate as published in The Wall Street Journal. Checking Advantage HELOC: Prime Rate minus 0.25%. Standard HELOC: Prime Rate plus 0.75%. As of 09/17/26, the Prime Rate was 7.00%. The APR in effect at any time will not be less than 4.00% and will not exceed 16.00% during the life of the loan. Minimum line amount is $5,000. Maximum line amount is $100,000. Available for owner-occupied one- or two-family properties. Term is 120 months. The monthly minimum periodic payment is the greater of accrued interest or $100. At maturity, a balloon payment of any remaining principal and accrued interest may result if only minimum payments are made. Property insurance is required. Flood insurance may be required. Appraisal cost of $150–$550 is required at application. All other closing costs are waived. A $50 annual fee may apply after the first year. Normal underwriting guidelines apply. Rates subject to change. To qualify for the Checking Advantage rate, you must establish and maintain an Equitable Bank checking account with direct deposit of payroll or Social Security of at least $500 per month and automatic HELOC payment from that account for the life of the loan.
