The Equitable Bank uses the automatic data collection information described below for internal system administrative purposes to measure the volume of requests for specific web pages, and to continually improve our website to be responsive to the needs of users. Information collected about you when you visit our website (We do not use “Cookies”):
- The unique Internet Protocol (IP) address of each visitor for the purpose of counting each unique visitor. These IP addresses are not the property of the visitor, but are assigned by that Visitors Internet Service Provider (ISP) to their computer when they log-on to the Internet. We will also know which provider or domain name that the visitor originated from.
- The “Search Engines,” key words and links a visitor used to access our site.
- The sequence of pages that a visitor used to navigate through our site.
- The type of browser (Internet Explorer, Navigator, etc.) used by a visitor to our site.
- The type of “Plug-Ins” being used.

General Privacy Policy Statement
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. We believe the confidentiality and protection of customer information is one of our fundamental responsibilities. While information is critical to providing quality service, we recognize that one of our most important assets is our customer’s trust. Thus, the safekeeping of customer information is a priority for The Equitable Bank.

Also, each Equitable employee is required to follow our company’s “Code of Conduct”, which states that all customer information is considered privileged and is to be used solely for the purpose of providing customers with the finest service available. All of our internal operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects your account information from being accessed by third parties. At The Equitable Bank, it is also our policy to destroy any discarded documents and records that contain non-public personal information. It is also Wisconsin State law. Our policy on handling these items is simple: Any piece of paper or other media, which contains non-public personal information on our customers, must be made illegible. All of our branch offices have been supplied with shredders. All discarded items with any information on our customers are shredded each day before closing. In addition, we employ a third party, under a contractual agreement for confidentiality, for records disposal of all private customer information in full compliance with the law.
