E-Bill Payment Information
Paying your bills is just a click away. Add E-Bill Payment to your E-Banking service to pay bills quickly, conveniently and securely.
With E-Bill Payment you can:
- Make payments online to almost any individual or company in the United States.
- Set up bills to be received electronically.
- Make recurring payments such as your mortgage or auto payment that don’t vary in amount.
- Schedule payments up to one year in advance.
- Set up bill reminders you can receive via email or online.
- View pending and recent payments and up to six months of payment history.
E-Bill Payment is free if you have the following Equitable Accounts:
- Senior Preferred
- Preferred Chequitable
- Relationship Checking
- Homeowners Checking
If you don’t have one of these accounts or if you aren’t sure what account type you have, contact us to find the option that best suits you. If you don’t have a qualifying account, you will be charged $5.95 monthly for up to 15 bills paid and $0.50 for each additional bill after the first 15.
What you need to register:
- A computer with access to the internet.
- An Equitable Bank Checking Account in good standing and a registered E-Banking account.
- Have your account number, your account type and The Equitable Bank routing number available.
How do you know you were successful in registering?
You will receive an email confirmation. After receiving the confirmation, please complete the instructions given in the confirmation in order to begin making payments. Once completed you can begin paying bills. This typically takes 3 to 4 business days to complete.
