Highlights of the Declarations of Covenants & Restrictions

Exterior Materials: Brick, Dryvit, Fiber, Cement, Stone, Stucco, Wood (No Aluminum or Vinyl)

Roofing: 7/12 Pitch minimum
Roofing Material: Cedar, Slate, Tile, Architectural or Dimensional Asphalt Shingles

Fireplaces: Minimum of one fireplace with masonry foundation.

Garage Size and Orientation: Three car attached side load garage - 864 minimum.

Driveways: Driveways paved with concrete, ashphalt or brick.

Landscape: Yards must be landscaped and consistently maintained within 30 feet of road, 20 feet of driveway and 100 feet of home and accessory structures.

Setbacks:
  Front: 75 feet
  Side: 50 feet
  Rear: 100 feet
  Wetland: 25 feet

Accessory Structures: Must architecturally agree with main building (subject to ACC review and approval).

* Developer provides uniform mailbox and yard lamp.
* No above ground swimming pools.
* Horses allowed according to VOG ordinances.

All home designs, materials, colors, landscape plans and site plans are subject to the Architectural Control Committee's review and approval.
